Ceremony Start Time
The official Ceremony Start Time is the time your ceremony begins (not guest arrival time).
⏳ Please be on time — delays beyond 15 minutes may result in a $25 late fee for every 15-minute period.

Need to update your date, time, or location?
All changes must be requested in writing and approved by the Officiant in writing.
Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable retainer or full payment is required to reserve your date.
- The remaining balance is due at least 2 weeks before your wedding.
- Travel is included up to 50 miles from Orlando. Beyond that, it's $0.65/mile round-trip.
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. However, if Leonardo is unexpectedly unavailable, a trusted replacement will be arranged or you’ll receive a full refund.

Marriage License
Couples must bring their valid Florida marriage license to the ceremony. It’s your legal responsibility.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may use photos or stories from your ceremony on our website or social media to inspire other couples.

Privacy Promise
Your personal details and payment info are safe, secure, and never shared. Everything remains 100% confidential.

Payment Policy
Final payment is due two weeks before your ceremony. Missing this deadline may result in cancellation and loss of any prior payments.
